With more than three decades leading communications inside global media, technology, entertainment, and healthcare organizations—including Schweiger, NBCUniversal, NBC News, SoundCloud, Fuse, and TechTV—I learned that the greatest challenges in business are rarely just about strategy. They're about people.
I help individuals and organizations unlock their full potential through coaching. Whether I'm guiding a leader through a career transition, helping someone build confidence and clarity, or partnering with organizations to strengthen communication and culture, my work is centered on helping people move forward with purpose.
My years inside some of the world's most recognized companies give me a practical understanding of the realities leaders and employees face every day; coaching is where I see transformation happen.
When people are aligned with who they are, what they value, and the work they're meant to do, everything changes. Confidence grows. Communication becomes clearer. Leadership becomes more authentic. And stronger cultures naturally follow.
That's the heart of Cramer Connect—helping people connect with themselves, connect with others, and create meaningful impact wherever they lead.
Why Coaching
At some point, almost everyone reaches a moment where they ask, Is this still the life or career I want?
Sometimes it comes after a layoff, a promotion, burnout, becoming an empty nester, a health challenge, or simply the realization that you're ready for something more.
That's where coaching begins.
Through Cramer Connect, I partner with individuals who are navigating career and life transitions with one goal: helping them reconnect with who they are so they can move forward with confidence and intention.
As a Certified Health & Life Coach and former communications executive, I combine practical strategy with thoughtful coaching to help clients gain clarity, strengthen their confidence, overcome what's holding them back, and create meaningful momentum—both personally and professionally.
Because lasting success isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about becoming more of who you already are.

Why It Matters
When people are clear about their purpose, everything else begins to shift.
They communicate with greater confidence.
They make decisions with intention.
They build stronger relationships.
They lead with authenticity.
And they create careers—and lives—that feel deeply aligned with who they are.
That's the ripple effect of coaching.
One person grows.
A team becomes stronger.
A family benefits.
A workplace changes.
A life expands.

The Inside Scoop
In 2023, I made one of the biggest decisions of my career.
After more than 30 years leading communications for some of the world's most recognized media, technology, entertainment, and healthcare organizations, I stepped away from corporate life to build the business I had always imagined.
That business became Cramer Connect.
Today, Cramer Connect is where coaching, communication, and culture come together.
Whether I'm coaching an individual through a career transition or advising an executive team during a period of change, my work begins the same way: by listening first, understanding what matters most, and helping people move forward with confidence.
Becoming a Certified Health & Life Coach wasn't a career pivot—it was a natural evolution.
Throughout my career, colleagues sought me out as a mentor, sounding board, and trusted advisor. Coaching gave me the framework to deepen that work. Today, I help clients gain clarity, reconnect with their values, strengthen their confidence, and navigate life's transitions with purpose. Together, we uncover what's possible and create a path forward that feels authentic, intentional, and sustainable.
Whether you're leading an organization or leading your own life, meaningful change starts from within.
Originally from Northern California, I'm a proud graduate of St. Mary's College of California (Go Gaels!) and have called the East Coast home for nearly two decades. My husband and I live in Maplewood, New Jersey, with our son, daughter, and our very large silver Labrador, who happily keeps life interesting.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me exploring a new destination, planning the next adventure, cooking for family and friends, tending to my garden, writing, or learning something new. Lately, meditation and mahjong have become two of my favorite teachers—both reminders that growth often begins when we slow down, stay curious, and say yes to what's next.
That's the season I'm in.
I'd love to help you discover yours.
